Please use proper packaging when returning item, and include your packing slip/invoice. Once we receive your return please allow 5 business days for processing. Once processed your store credit will be emailed to you.

Items must be in new, unworn condition, with tag to be accepted. No make-up, deodorant, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stain of any kind will be accepted.

Damaged Items

If you are to recieve a damaged item, please report this within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us naejeandco@gmail.com, and include photos of damage.

Shipping:

Our shipping rate is a flat rate of $9.00. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving.  Shipping is usually 2-5 business days after being processed. Orders are shipped out of Tingley Iowa.

Double check your shipping address, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses or packages lost or damaged in transit.  If a package is lost or damaged during shipping you will need to contact the USPS to file a claim.

Local Pick-up/Drop-off:

We will make arrangements for local pick-up or drop-off per individual requests. We are in town often and happy to deliver.
